I specialise in running 1-2-1 Mindfulness courses and sessions face to face and via Zoom*. 

 

All courses include:

  • An initial intake interview to establish your needs and intentions 
  • Typically, 8 weekly sessions of 75 minutes; this can be adapted to longer sessions over 4 or 6 weeks
  • Instruction in mindful meditation, mindful movement and informal practices
  • Full enquiry into your experience of meditation with supportive advice and guidance
  • Recordings of all the guided meditations in your sessions to support your home practice
  • All course materials, building up into a personalised workbook
  • Daily home practice to enable you to embed mindfulness practices into your everyday life

Other Options:

A 3 week intoductory course online, with the option to complete the full course and access all its additional benefits  
1 hour sessions for those with some experience of mindfulness who wish to deepen and refresh their practice.

* If you live in the Lancashire area of Chorley, Leyland, Preston and Blackburn it may be possible to conduct face to face sessions.
