I specialise in running 1-2-1 Mindfulness courses and sessions face to face and via Zoom*.
All courses include:

An initial intake interview to establish your needs and intentions

Typically, 8 weekly sessions of 75 minutes; this can be adapted to longer sessions over 4 or 6 weeks

Instruction in mindful meditation, mindful movement and informal practices

Full enquiry into your experience of meditation with supportive advice and guidance

Recordings of all the guided meditations in your sessions to support your home practice

All course materials, building up into a personalised workbook

Daily home practice to enable you to embed mindfulness practices into your everyday life
Other Options:
A 3 week intoductory course online, with the option to complete the full course and access all its additional benefits
1 hour sessions for those with some experience of mindfulness who wish to deepen and refresh their practice.
