Mindfulness, put simply, is about choosing to be aware of what is happening in the present moment, without judging our experience. It is the process of waking up to our lives rather than sleepwalking our way into reactive behaviour and habits of mind, giving us a renewed sense of peace and joy in everyday activities.


Beth Lowe

Beth has been teaching mindfulness since 2014 and is listed on The Mindfulness Teachers Register, a community of accredited teachers of mindfulness who follow a strict ethical code.
